When you write to us through the form we collect the data you enter: full name, email address, school, stage, location, show or activity of interest, and message. We also record your acceptance of this policy. We do not collect payment data or sensitive information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare information or a proposal tailored to your school, and continue the conversation you started.
The legal basis is your consent, given by accepting this policy and submitting the form. When you request a proposal, availability or a quote, the processing is also necessary to carry out the pre-contractual steps you requested.
How long we keep the data
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the legally required period, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
Recipient, provider and international transfers
Web3Forms receives and processes the submission as our technical provider and data processor. When you click "Request a proposal", the data is sent through their service so we can receive your request and reply to you.
Web3Forms states that it uses servers in the US-East region and that its parent company, Web3Creative, is based in Kerala, India. This means your data undergoes international transfer. This policy does not claim that a data processing agreement, transfer agreement or specific safeguards have already been formalised with the provider.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us atmarian@chameleon-theatre.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency — Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) — if you believe your rights have not been properly addressed. This policy operates under Spanish and EU data protection law regardless of the language you're reading it in.

Before the form goes live in production, SOS in Action SL must verify or formalise with Web3Forms the data processing agreement and safeguards applicable to the processing and international transfer of data.
